All sales are final. 

Returns on [used] machines are based on mechanical defect only, and are accepted within the 6 month in-house warranty timeframe, or manufacturer warranty - whichever is greater. New masks cannot be returned if opened.

Unopened [new] machine returns are accepted, and purchase price credit is given less a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
