prescription needs. Dr. Maistros is Board Certified in Sleep
Medicine, and Dr. Le has conducted a very successful General
Practice for over 30 years.

you have an outdated prescription, and simply need a new script
to obtain a replacement, or second machine, a telemedicine evaluation
service may be the answer.
For a fee of $65.00, and about 15 minutes of
your time, you can consult with one of the above mentioned physicians
through a brief online evaluation form. Once that form is complete,
and the Dr. is given the opportunity to review the evaluation
(usually within 1-2 business days, sometimes sooner), based on the
answers given, a prescription will be written, and forwarded to
Secondwindcpap.com to process your order.

Once the consultation is complete, you will be returned to
Secondwindcpap.com. Once your prescription has been created, we will
contact you about ordering the necessary equipment.
