The first thing that struck all of us here at SecondwindCPAP, was the size, when held up against another very small Travel CPAP, the Transcend II MINI CPAP System.

     Obviously both of these travel CPAP machine are very small, but the HDM Z1 unit does have a smaller overall profile - by about 30%. The makes the Z1 the smallest CPAP on the planet.
