The ResMed AirCurve 11 ASV with HumidAir and ClimateLineAir is a bi-level positive air pressure (PAP) machine. This device is engineered to automatically adjust pressure levels based on your breathing patterns, which allows you to inhale and exhale comfortably throughout the night. ResMed’s ASV algorithm maps your precise ventilation and respiratory rate in order to ensure fully customized therapy tailored to your needs.

- AutoEPAP generated by ResMed’s proven AutoSet algorithm that responds to flow limitation, snoring and obstructive apneas, AirCurve ASV auto-adjusts expiratory positive airway pressure (EPAP) to maintain upper airway patency.
- Auto backup rate uses breath phase mapping to provide a timed backup rate synchronized with the user’s own breathing to maintain the target minute ventilation in the case of apneas.
