The Respironics DreamWisp adjustable headgear is for use with all DreamWisp CPAP & BiPAP Masks. Most CPAP users will use the standard size. If you have any questions about your ideal headgear size, you can look to your hat size. A hat size of 7.25 or less would have you using a Standard or reduced size.

The DreamWisp Nasal CPAP Mask headgear utilizes magnetic clips to attach to the frame of the DreamWisp mask. It is also adjustable using traditional velcro straps. The headgear should be maintained with regular cleaning and can be washed with mild soap and water. It should be washed by hand only. The DreamWisp headgear has a unique design that incorporates a latex-free, hypoallergenic material that adapts to the contours of your head.
