This is the replacement single strap headgear for the Philips Respironics DreamWear Nasal Mask. The headgear comes standard with the DreamWear Nasal Mask. A comfortable soft, fabric/foam material provides superior comfort and durability.  In addition, the headgear rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. In addition, the headgear is adjustable using Velcro straps which accommodate a wide range of patients.
